The different choices available for co-operation:
Outsourcing – is the commonest and as a rule the most suitable type of co-operation, whereby the client, as the main contractor, transfers to us the chosen activities. We then perform the transferred activities as a service using our own employees, including the management of any potential sub-contractors.
Consultancy – our specialists will be at your complete disposal, resolving either comprehensive or partial matters involving support processes within your company.
Interim management – if you want to use our know-how and experience but have decided not to transfer or are unable to transfer support activities to an external supplier. Our professionals will temporarily take on the management of support activities, carry out the necessary measures for their optimisation, and return them to the client. This type of co-operation is also suitable for clients statutorily unable to deduct VAT for services received.
